There are no taxes on Ocean Mist rates: We are not required to collect tax. 10 percent discount on a stay of 4 nights or longer. There is a minimum 2 night stay policy No Breakfast Option deduction of $10 per night

We are open year round

• All prices based on double occupancy.
• We have a minimum 2 night stay policy year round.
    Occasionally we may be able to accommodate a 1 night stay.  Please check for availability.
    An additional $15 will be applied to posted nightly rate .

• Maximum 3 persons per room
• Single guests less $5 per night
•All additional guests $25 per night.
• 10 percent discount on a stay of 4 nights or longer
• No Breakfast Option discount of $10.00 per night

Terms and Policies

• Check in 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm / Check out 11:00 am
• Rooms are non-smoking
• Lighting of candles is not permitted. We supply LED candles.
• We do not accommodate pets but can recommend a pet-friendly accommodation
• Valid credit card guarantee required for a reservation
• Your credit card will not be charged in advance of your arrival
• We have a 7-day Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are subject to one night's full room rate
• Unused days are subject to a charge equal to one night's full room rate
• If we are able to re-book your vacated room due to cancellation, early departure or unused days we will credit you the charged amount, less a $25 administration fee.
• To maintain your privacy, your personal and credit card information is not communicated to others.
